This Shipping Policy applies to physical goods sold by WAVESEMBER LTD (Company No. 16832629), registered in England and Wales.
1. Digital Products
All digital products are delivered electronically via:

Instant download; and/or

Email confirmation.
No physical item will be shipped unless expressly stated.
Digital content is deemed delivered when download access, access credentials, or account access is made available.
If you experience technical delivery issues, you must notify us within a reasonable time so we may investigate and provide support.
2. Shipping Locations
Physical goods are shipped within the United Kingdom only.
We reserve the right to refuse delivery to certain locations where courier access, cost, or risk is unreasonable.
3. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3–7 working days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Processing times are estimates only and do not constitute a guarantee.
Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Where delays occur beyond our reasonable control, dispatch times may be extended.
4. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery timeframe is approximately 7 working days from dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not liable for delivery delays caused by:

Weather conditions;

Industrial action;

Regulatory inspections;

Incorrect delivery information;

Events outside our reasonable control.
This does not affect your statutory rights where delivery is unreasonably delayed.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment is confirmed.
We reserve the right to adjust shipping methods where necessary for operational reasons without reducing your statutory rights.
6. Delivery and Risk
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, risk passes to you when the goods come into your physical possession or the possession of a person identified by you to receive them.
If goods are left in a location nominated by you (including a safe place or neighbour), delivery shall be deemed complete once the courier confirms delivery in accordance with your instructions.
If goods are lost before delivery is completed, we will investigate with the courier and provide a remedy where appropriate.
You must notify us within a reasonable time if goods are not received.
7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details.
If goods are returned to us due to:

Incorrect or incomplete address;

Failed delivery attempts;

Refusal to accept delivery;
We may require additional shipping payment before re-dispatch.
If you cancel after goods are returned due to incorrect delivery information, original shipping costs may not be refundable.
8. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Goods
If goods arrive damaged, faulty, or not as described, please notify us as soon as reasonably possible and provide photographic evidence where available.
Your rights are governed by the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Where goods are confirmed faulty or misdescribed, we will:

9. Cancellations and Returns (Cooling-Off Period)
UK consumers have a 14-day right to cancel physical goods purchased online.

You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless goods are faulty.
You must take reasonable care of goods while in your possession.
We may make a deduction from the refund for any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Goods must be returned in a condition suitable for resale, subject to your statutory inspection rights.
10. Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of:

Receiving proof of return.
Where cancellation rights apply, we will refund:

The standard delivery cost (excluding any premium or upgraded shipping selected).
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

We are not liable for delay or failure to deliver due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Supply shortages;

Government action;

Natural disasters;

Public health emergencies.
